Something is haunting me

Over the past 4 weeks we have... lost two cars to deer collisions, had our furnace die and it needed a new exhaust motor, our pipes in our back bathroom all froze during this as our house dropped to 49 F, our stove died that day, a light blew in the kitchen that day and on Saturday my washing machine died.  What the heck..... I was pretty much getting ticked off!!!
Anyway, here's my point.
Tonight as I sit here, I am actually in a good mood.  Bring it all on because nothing can change what I am feeling tonight.  Family closeness at its best!  A strong supportive team on the facebook vagal schwannoma site (schwannoma's of the head and neck).  Friends in my life who are always there for me.  Strangers in my life who are there for me because when our furnace went down, I had to cancel a groom with a brand new customer.  They did not know me, yet the offered their house for my bf and me or any heaters we may need for ours.
All these people in my life make me an emotional, grateful, appreciative girl!
To top this all off, I was able to enjoy a song with a band and I actually felt strong enough in my ability to sing it out and enjoyed doing it!  Every month, my voice is stronger and stronger.
So, I have one car left my dear deer.... take that one too and see if it puts a frown on my face.  :P

Waiting every so anxiously for my MRI results from last week.  :)
Been out fishing... doing some kick butt fish slaying on Pigeon Lake!!!!  Even tho I don't keep them,, ewwww... on eating fish, but i LOVE fishing!
Well bad news... in the last 3 weeks, we have lost 2 deer in our area.... thanks to our cars.  YUP!  We have also lost 2 cars to these beautiful animals.  EVERY single day when i drive I have 3-6 of these guys jumping out onto the road.  My boyfriend and son both have demolished their cars with deer, thankfully they are fine!
Please do not feed the deer. People will say that it is because of the snow, but it is also because of the people in the area feeding the deer.  STOP feeding the deer.  There is my rant for the week. :)

I did it!!!  I contacted the Ellen Show.... wanting to know if she can bring a smile to some of the members faces who are going through a life changing time with their tumours.  My heart breaks with every story.  Plus, it will bring awareness to this very rare tumour.... cross our fingers!!!! :)

Just had my post CK mri... it has been 3 years since my CK.  I do not have the official report yet , but.... the doctor was very pleased with the mri images.  She said there is more shrinkage :)   This makes me very happy!!!!!
I knew that there was more change because i have been very sick, and usually when i get sick, my tumour knows it!
I get such pressure and throbbing at the site of the tumour because there is not much room for swelling in my throat when i get a cold as my tumour is encroaching into my airway. But,  I just got over the flu and had major coughing and sickness, and my throat and tumour did not react.  So the doctor telling me it shrunk is no surprise because of the way i have been feeling. :  I had no discomfort at all this time.  First time in years!  Long Live CK!!!!!!!!
Yipppeee yahooooooo!
