I'm up for the 4th night in a row and going to settle on the couch once again. Each night holds something different but yet related. Tonight I had just layed down in bed and got that sudden shocking jabbing in my throat. This proceeded into a coughing spell. Now it has progressed to burping and lots of mucous in my throat that won't clear and is making me nauseated. Hail Hail ohhh tumour of mine!! :P I know the positioning of my neck when I lay down brings this on...

I wish I were a doctor. I wish I could decipher what these MRI's mean. My latest MRI talks of stuff I don't even know. Compression and focal Obliteration of the right jugular vein. Less cycstic/necrotic components since last MRI. The tumour is displacing the right internal carotid artery anteriorly. Mild narrowing of the airway from the mass. A few enhancing bilateral level II lymph nodes. A retention cyst in right maxillary sinus is also noted. Happy New Year to me.
On a better note, I read the MRI, Did take note that it has not grown since radiation. Soooooooooooooo... I have also been having alot of symptoms just lately. Regardless, the way I look at it. Life is good. My family is healthy and happy. |
